STRING THEORY

What happens when we keep on dividing  a piece of matter until we find something which can not further divided. Suppose diving a log of wood we reach molecules but they are not the end of story, we dive further into it we find atoms but they too are not the indivisible as we know the consist of electrons and protons and neutrons. Electrons in themselves are elementary particles but as we move into the neutrons and protons we find tiny structures called quarks they too like electrons are elementary particles. But again the same question arises what's inside these elementary particles here the STRING THEORY comes into play. It states that " inside every elementary particle there are strings vibrating in certain frequency that the certain elementary particle is formed". let us study this by an example when an string of violin is plucked it vibrates and produces a certain musical note in the same way these strings in 'string theory' vibrate and produce certain particles like electron is nothing but a string vibrating in a certain pattern, quark is nothing but string vibrating in a different pattern. 

The math and equations of this string theory are very weird as it includes 10 dimensions of space and one dimension of time which itself is very weird because we humans only feel 4 dimensions 3 of space i.e. length, breadth and height and one extra dimension of time, but the equations only satisfy for 11 dimensions many scientist have  tried to break this equation to 4 known dimensions but no achievement have been seen so far. Many scientists believe that there are other dimensions too but we do not have accurate instruments or accurate calculations to access them. In a nutshell it only states that "everything is made of strings and there specific vibrations" so it gives rises to many science fiction questions like 'are there multiverses' or the dimension question as already stated, that's why there are many physicists who do not believe in this theory such as Stephen hawking he did not believed in this theory, because of all these unbelievable stories that are put forward solely on the basis of its math, equations and calculations, but there are many physicists who believe in this theory and try to find some proofs for this calculation by using the "Large hadron collider" laboratory.

whether true or not but still this theory provides answers to many questions previously asked about black holes and worm holes sill its a debated issue hope so in the recent years we would find a unified theory which unites quantum world and classical world and also each and physicists on this planet😜.
